Excellent and beautiful location, a short walk to everywhere. Air conditioned room with large bed and tea/coffee etc plus bathroom fan and generous and hot breakfast to start the day.

It is a luxury hotel and the rooms are newly decorated and the bathroom is fairly clean. The staff are accommodating, managed the parking off site.

The breakfast here is amazing, they have a variety of fresh omelettes to choose from and it is conveniently located in a central area with a stunning view of the cliffs.

The property was fairly clean and staff was exceptionally pleasant. Double room was nicely refurbished with exceptionally comfortable bed. English breakfast that I ordered was warm. The service was good, it had a magnificent refurbished restaurant....  

The value for money was great and our room had a beautiful sea and beach view. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops.

Got a spotless deluxe king room with a sea view upon arrival and truly enjoyed it. The hotel was conveniently located a short walk away from the lower promenade. The beach was just across the road from the hotel. The town center was only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel had a privatized restaurant. A cool bonus was the nearby Prom Cafe, which offered tea and coffee.

We had a fantastic time dining at Brasserie Blanc restaurant, which is conveniently located near Bournemouth gardens. The restaurant offers a stunning view of the seafront, just a short walk from the Town Center. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options and there were plenty of hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.

It was disappointing that the pool was closed during our stay.

We were absolutely amazed by the location of this place. It was high on the hill with a marvelous view over the promenade. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and it was a pleasure to receive a free drink voucher from the manager after some initial disappointment. The leisure facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and garden area.

Recommended to all! This hotel has everything you could ask for, and more.

The rooms here are well-equipped with air conditioning and separate showers, making your stay comfortable. We love the unique decorations in this hotel and would definitely come back.
